We're Back, Spreading Santorum
Just got back from a long weekend in the North Carolina mountains yesterday. Despite the incessant drizzle, my wife and I had a great time with some of my relatives. Pictures are coming soon!
Anyway, I heard an interview with conservative senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) on Ed Gordon's "News and Notes" show on NPR this evening, and boy I didn't like his tone. If this guy had his way, big brother would be standing in the corner of every bedroom in this country. (I wonder what his sex life is like? Probably pretty boring. Ah, but I digress...)
Here's a useless factoid: did you know that "santorum" is a newly-created word in honor of Mr. Santorum's controversial remarks about (read: against) homosexuality? Really, it is! (Caution: rated PG-13.)
