We are FINALLY open for business!

After two weeks of going back and forth with Blogger.com and my hosting company trying to get this blog to publish on my Website (http://squeakypig.com), I have given up and am just going to use Blogger's hosting here at http://squeakypig.blogspot.com, at least until/if I find a better solution. FYI, any of you out there who use Globat.com for hosting: apparently Blogger's auto-publishing feature is not compatible with Globat.com's FTP security protocol, so if you want to have a blog through Blogger.com, you WILL have to use their hosting. Sucks, I know.

Okay, anyway, here we are....this is The Pig's first post. What's this blog about? Pretty much anything and everything: politics, music, art...you name it, it's going to find its way onto this blog. The Pig is definitely left of center when it comes to politics, although he does try to see both sides of every argument and distribute abuse generously and with extreme prejudice. No one is immune to The Pig's critical eye and lashing tongue!

Nice to see that Al Gore is finally getting his just reward for inventing the Internet.
